Our contracts are flexible and customized. They include: response <1 hour, unlimited remote support, extended hours, emergency service at no additional cost, and follow-up until complete resolution. No long-term commitments.
❓ How does remote support work?
We use certified TeamViewer as our primary tool, plus MS Quick Connect, AnyDesk, and Microsoft Remote Desktop. All platforms are secure and allow efficient service regardless of location.
❓ Do you have 24/7 availability?
